Claire E Pulker
Dr Claire Pulker is a Senior Research Fellow in the Food Environments team at the Nutrition and Health Innovation Research Institute at Edith Cowan University. Claire is a public health nutritionist with over 30 years’ professional experience gained in Australia and the UK. She has worked at the WA Department of Health contributing public health nutrition expertise to food regulatory affairs and led the obesity prevention strategy at a metropolitan health service. She currently leads food environments research to inform food and nutrition policy interventions.
