Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones is a highly experienced Senior Paediatric Dietitian with over two decades of clinical practice in leading tertiary hospitals across Perth and London. Her passion for paediatric nutrition shines through in her dedication to helping families rediscover the joy of eating together and fostering healthy relationships with food. Throughout her career, Catherine has built extensive expertise across a broad range of medical specialties, including Gastroenterology, Neurology with a focus on the Ketogenic diet, Immunology, Infant feeding and feeding difficulties, Faltering growth, Burns, Paediatric Intensive Care, Cardiology, Inborn Errors of Metabolism, Respiratory conditions including Cystic Fibrosis and Type 1 Diabetes (T1DM). In the past five years, Catherine has developed a special interest in paediatric obesity management. She is an active member of ANZPON, contributing to professional collaboration and advancement in the field. Currently, Catherine leads as the Senior Dietitian in the Healthy Weight Service at Perth Children’s Hospital, where she promotes innovative service development and delivers comprehensive care to children and families across Western Australia.
